- To access the DataStore.ecml file > provide the following path: C: Documents and Settings AllUsersApplicationDataIntuitEntitlement Clientv2

- As you find the ECML file, rename it to DataStore.ECML
- In Windows 7:
- Head towards the path C:/Program/Data/Intuit/EntitlementClientv*
- As you rename the Entitlement file > open the application > it will create a new file for you

- Head to My Computer > Organizer > Folder > Search option
