Step 1: Create a backup company file
Method 1: Schedule automatic backups
- For this, you need to open the QB application.
- Head over to the File menu.
- Click on Switch to Single-User Mode.

- Tap on Create Local Backup.
- After this, you are required to click on Local Backup.
- Tap Next, followed by moving to the Local Backup Only section.
