  • Open QB on any workstation where you have experienced the error H101, H303, or H505.
  • Go to the File menu.
  • Choose Utilities.
  • Don't click on the Host Multi-User Access option if this appears.
  • Move on to another workstation, because this workstation is not creating any problem.
  • Choose the Stop Hosting Multi-User Access option if this appears.
