In ARC Raiders, light bulbs are one of those small but surprisingly important items you end up needing for several projects, including the Expedition Project. They can feel rare if you just wander around hoping to spot them in random electrical areas, but seasoned players know there are a handful of places where they appear reliably. Once you focus on those locations—mainly in Dam Battlegrounds—you can gather light bulbs quickly without wasting time on guesswork

The best place to start is the Electrical Substation in the southern part of Dam Battlegrounds. There's a rusted car near the substation that almost always contains light bulbs when you pop open the hood. It's as close to guaranteed as it gets. If you're running with a squad, each player can loot the car individually, so everyone gets their own set of bulbs without slowing each other down. It's a quick, low-effort stop that players often build their farming routes around.
Another solid spot on the same map is the Power Generation Complex in the north. It's a bit more dangerous because Rocketeers patrol the area, and there's a medium-value loot zone nearby that tends to attract other players. But if you can move quickly, there's another vehicle east of the North Complex Elevator extraction point, close to the parked buses, that can drop light bulbs as well. With some practice, you can drop in, loot the car, avoid a fight, and extract before things get messy.
If you want to break away from Dam Battlegrounds, the Spaceport map offers another dependable farming option. The warehouse at Spaceport is locked behind a key or code, but once you're inside, it's worth the trouble. The shelves, back rooms, and utility corners often hide multiple light bulbs. It helps to check behind fuse boxes and panels along the walls, since spawns can be tucked out of sight. Pairing this stop with other Spaceport tasks makes the trip even more efficient.
For players who prefer quieter zones, Pilgrim's Peak at The Blue Gate is a good choice. It has several electrical-themed loot spots spread around its outskirts, including a basement control room full of lockers and containers that frequently drop light bulbs. The map usually has less PvP traffic than Dam Battlegrounds or Spaceport, so solo players can take their time and farm without feeling pressured.
Electrical areas on every map are marked with lightning bolt icons on the mini-map, making it easy to know where to look. These zones usually include fuse boxes, small substations, and wall panels that can spawn bulbs. Checking damaged cars, red lockers, and maintenance tunnels also helps. Once you get used to recognizing these prop types, you start to spot patterns and find bulbs much faster.
With all this in mind, a smooth farming loop might begin at the Electrical Substation in Dam Battlegrounds for the guaranteed car, then move north to the Power Generation Complex, and finally shift to Spaceport or Pilgrim's Peak depending on your current goals
ARC Raiders Boosting cheap. Keeping your inventory clear and coordinating with teammates helps keep the loop moving without interruptions. Over time, this kind of route cuts down on travel time and ensures you're always stocked for any light-bulb-heavy projects you're working on.
Finding light bulbs becomes much easier once you stop relying on random chance and start hitting these reliable spawn points. Dam Battlegrounds offers the most consistent returns, but the Spaceport warehouse and Pilgrim's Peak give you strong backup options. Paying attention to map icons and known spawn props makes all the difference, and with a good route in place, you can gather everything you need quickly and get back to progressing through ARC Raiders without feeling held up by resource shortages.
